1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kamio mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Collect or harvest any information from other users without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kamio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the app. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
