How do I create an account?

Download the Kamio app from the App Store or Google Play, open it, and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up with your email address.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email we send you.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the Delete Account page or through the app settings under Account > Delete Account.

Is Kamio free to use?

Kamio offers a free tier with core features. Premium features are available through an optional subscription.
